Security:
Our survey tools and their environment employ multiple layers of security to make sure that your data remains private and secure. A third-party company conducts daily audits of the security, and your data resides behind the latest in firewall and intrusion prevention technology. For extra sensitive surveys, we can add SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to your survey, so that your data is collected in a totally encrypted environment.
Designing:
After truly understanding the requirements of the organisation, its goals and objectives surrounding the survey, the survey will be designed by Strategic Direction Survey Services in collaboration with your organisation. We can support everything from multiple choices to rating scales to open-ended text. We will customise the layout of every question type for the ultimate in design flexibility.
Collecting:
Collecting responses is as simple as sending out a link to your survey via email, or posting the link on your intranet or website. Respondents simply click the link to go directly to your survey. If you have a list of email contacts, and would like to track who responds, we have the tools to manage your list and create custom email invitations. Follow-up reminders can be sent to only those who haven't responded. A maximum response count, or a cut off date for your survey can be set. You can require a password, or even restrict responses by IP address.
Analysis and Reporting Results:
Our reports provide real insight, not just data. They focus on the people challenges that our clients are facing every day. We can do as much or as little reporting as is needed – and we can provide the tools to help you to analyse further and deeper.
