Includes:

•  Examination of Current Work Schedule (CWS) 
•  Production of Demand Profile/s 
•  Production of  ‘Ideal’ Staffing Profile/s

   Full report including observations/recommendations in respect of :

        o        The efficiency of the CWS vis-à-vis the ‘Ideal’ Staffing Profile

          o        The health, safety and welfare aspects of CWS

          o        Any legislation pertinent to the CWS, Working Time Directive etc.

          o        The potential for improving the CWS

  •  Formal presentation of findings

   

    PACKAGE B  

  This package is intended for those units who are unable to provide data on which to base a demand profile or have specific non-demand driven requirements.

  ---

   Estimates of the number of staff required to provide an appropriate/desirable level of service (appropriate/desirable being determined by the client).

  •  Observations on the adequacy of current staffing levels and CWS in terms of its efficiency in matching demand, taking account of abstraction rates.
  •  Production of alternative shift pattern options that will better meet requirements, consider officer health/welfare, etc. if appropriate.
  •  Full report including observations and recommendations in respect of :

        o      The efficiency of the CWS vis-à-vis the ‘Ideal’ Staffing Profile

           o        The health, safety and welfare aspects of CWS

           o        Any legislation pertinent to the CWS, Working Time Directive etc.

           o        The potential for improving the CWS

    •  Formal presentation of findings.
